  1. JB @ Mela2019With a little help from our friends in other bands, Jubilee Brass were able to put out a Full Band to give the audience a real treat.

    The Band started the first half with Aces High, they were then joined by a percussionist passing by, who offered to play the percussion that was already setup, and then 3 players from the Southampton Youth Orchestra joined for the rest of the concert.

    The first half featured a solo by Larry Hunter, Chairman and Principal Cornet (on the day) of the Cornet Solo 'Georgia on my mind' of pieces played were, simple gifts, the Godfather, and Moon River. and finished the set off with You'll never walk again.

     

    The Band started the Second Half with New York, New York, then played Mid all the traffic, charal und rock, Buster Strikes Back, and they finished with Fantasia on british sea songs.  

  2. Jubilee Brass provided the music at the Netley Marsh Carnival this afternoon.  The weather was sunny, and there were many people wandering around the grounds of the Church Hall, were the main event was being held.

     

    The Band played two sets of music, including New york, New York, Mid All the Traffic, and The Godfather.
